Apache server on Bitnami WAMP Stack failing to access plugins page

I have a WordPress website running on a Bitnami WAMP Stack, on an Apache server, running on 32 bit, on Windows 10, 64-bit.

I was able to access in the past the plugins page on the admin dashboard, (at the address http://localhost/wordpress/wp-admin/plugins.php), and now, for some reason, after some time of going to that page, I can’t access it now.

I get from my browser the following error:

This page isn’t working

localhost is currently unable to handle this request.

I don’t know if this might cause the problem: I changed a while ago the following things (from default values) in the php.ini file:

  1. opcache.enable=1 to opcache.enable=0
  2. opcache.enable_cli=1 to opcache.enable_cli=0

I tried changing them back and restarting the server, and it didn’t solve my problem, so I don’t know if they somehow cause the problem or not. I don’t think that they do, but that’s the only change that I made to the default code and files that came with the WAMP Stack (besides the files of my website, of course, and installign WordPress as a module).

I’ve experience the problem in 2 browsers – Chrome & Firefox.

I’ve no idea what’s causing this. If there’s any information that might help you to help me, please ask for it.

Thanks in advance. 🙂
