I have created several template files that style, position and display content from posts and several custom post types.

What I can’t get my head around is how to position and style the text that a client enters onto a PAGE through the editor in the edit page menu.

The title I know can be accessed via the_title() function, but the text that is entered into the content box is displayed automatically. My question is - how do I incorporate that text into the page as I want it to look?

For example, in the custom page template I may have a div with a grey background, how do I get the text a client enters into that div, or even just asign the text a class? Obviously I mean to do this without entering html into the editor, as my clients will not be proficient in HTML markup.

Thanks
