How to block xmlrpc.php in apache using htaccess without logging into errorlog?

Is there any way to block xmlrpc.php in WordPress using .htaccess without making the apache to log client denied by server configuration in the errorlog ?

Currently, I am using follow snippet, but the problem is it is logging

client denied by server configuration: xmlrpc.php


errordocument 403 "No found"
order allow,deny
deny from all
