I’m using the wp-customer-review plugin for wordpress. There is a small piece of code in the /wp-customer-reviews/include/templates/frontend_review_items_reviews.html file that I want to take out. I understand I cannot do it directly there because it will get deleted when the plugin is updated.

That being said, I have a child theme where I tried putting exactly /wp-customer-reviews/include/templates/frontend_review_items_reviews.html into and it didn’t work. Everyone does it differently so I couldn’t find a straight forward answer.

My assumption is either I’m missing something in my functions.php file or I need to carry over more files from the plugin in order for it to work. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
