How to remove the blank space generated by php code (or javascript) above the header

enter image description here

I’m developing a wordpress theme for a client, and I’m blocking a problem, because I can’t find a way to remove the blank space you see (after the arrows on the attached image), which appeared for no reason, I can’t reach it with the css nor in the php and html code. I looked at my browser’s item inspector and saw a set of characters (circled in red). I also looked in the javascript console and it just tells me an update jquery,

Thanks to the WordPress community for its help
