Parse error: syntax error, unexpected end of file in /home/dev69834/public_html/decora/wp-config.php on line 1

I know this question has been asked many times and i have read and tried everything but error still comes up. it was working fine before.I just changed the wp_debug to true and error came up . i tried reverting it back but still no luck. any kind of hint will be highly appreciated. here is my config.php
