My wordpress site redirects to a cgi-sys page when you use Google Chrome

I suspect that some configuration on my hosting server has (Arvixe) changed a few days ago, because when I open a page in chrome I am redirected to a /cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi page. I have tried to find the cause with a support operator but unfortunately this didn’t work out. Of course the problem is solved when I go to DevTools and uncheck the cache function, but I need a solution for visitors to this site as well. They too see the cgi-sys page.

I tried to add a few lines to the .htaccess file in the root folder, but unfortunately, it didn’t work:

    # BEGIN WordPress
    <IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
    Options -ExecCGI
    Redirect 301 /cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi /index.php
    RewriteEngine On
    RewriteBase /
    RewriteRule ^index.php$ - [L]
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
    RewriteRule . /index.php [L]
    </IfModule>
    # END WordPress

Does anyone know what I can do to make visitors using Google Chrome see my site again?

Thanks!
