New WordPress theme breaks dashboard parse error

I have an existing wordpress site that was custom built – originally we had e-commerce but turned it off.

I uploaded a new theme, which I’ve used before (developed locally and uploaded for a different website.)

When I activated a new copy of this theme on my existing site, it breaks with a parsing error and I can’t get into dashboard to deactivate it. I’ve tried changing permissions on the theme, the woo commerce file specified it the error message, no go – that just creates other fatal errors.

How can I deactivate it, and going forward, should I develop it completely separate from the existing site and swap out to avoid other issues?

Heres page:

Here’s error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/content/31/8478831/html/wp-content/themes/twofold-wp/inc/woocommerce.php on line 173
