I have been working on a renovation company’s website for quite some time now and am almost finished. The only thing I have left to do is to make a header image on one of my pages with overlay text so when the user clicks on the text it links to a different part of the page. The overlay text is supposed to be on a certain part of the image because the picture is a house and I want to have ‘Roofing’ on the roof part of the house, etc. I was able to make everything look good on my laptop but when I use any other type of device to look at it the text isn’t where it’s supposed to be because the css is specific. My question is how do I make the text/links show up in the same spot on any device a user might use?
