I own a WordPress website with a whole lot of posts, and I recently screwed up when I executed an SQL query that replaced the post_content value with either http://example.com/4421-revision-v1/, http://example.com/?p=4421 or some other weird content depending on the ID of the post.
The database is so much corrupted right now and the post on my site just kinda embeds itself in its content.

Please how do I resolve this and make sure the valid post_content is restored.

Quick help would be so much appreciated. Thanks.
