Remove querry string from a html link

For perfomance purposes (remove Google Maps Scripts) i use Google static maps to load a lot of locations in my WordPress website. All maps have differents urls but the syntax is similar. I’m not familiar with PHP. Is there any way to remove the kery strings from this static code in all of maps?

The example of code:

<a href=””><img src=”×300&maptype=roadmap&format=png&visual_refresh=true&markers=size:mid%7Ccolor:0xff0000%7Clabel:1%7CRua+do+ouvidor+rj” alt=”Google Map of Rua do ouvidor rj”></a>

I need to some to put in functions.php to solve this problems in all URL’s with Static Google Map.
