Woocommerce Error 500 on Orders Page Only

I used the button ‘copy file to theme’ in the ‘Processing order’ email config screen. I have copied the file manually on previous sites, but went the lazy route this time.

Now we’re getting an error 500 on the ‘Orders’ admin page only. The error is as follows when I turned on debug:

I’m finding no other errors on the site. I went in and manually deleted both the email folder and file that was automatically created from Avada/woocommerce/emails/customer-processing-order.php.

Does anyone know if the button triggers any other events beyond copying the template file?
