I’m trying to add a button to the single product short description which opens a modal (using jquery modal)
The issue I have is only applicable to Composite Products, for Variable products and Simple products everything works as expected.
when adding using
add_action( ‘woocommerce_single_product_summary’, ‘fx_bespoke_size_guide’, 15 );
the button appears but does not work, no pointer change or effect when clicking.
However, if I use a different hook…
add_action( ‘woocommerce_after_single_product_summary’, ‘fx_bespoke_size_guide’, 15 );
then everything works as it should but with the button in completely the wrong page.
So my question is what is causing the issue, there are no console errors and I’ve also checked the source code view of the page where everything is loaded correctly.
