WordPress admin css for a custom post

i am trying to give css to a specific page in admin – it is a custom post time

the inspect tool show the following

<li class=”wp-has-submenu wp-has-current-submenu wp-menu-open menu-top menu-
icon-a” id=”menu-posts-a”>

and the function to enqueue in shown below

function admin_scripts_advertiser_info($hook){

if (‘menu-posts-a’ != $hook ){

wp_register_style( ‘admin_advertise’,get_template_directory_uri().’/css/admin.advertiser.css’, array(), ‘1.0.0’, ‘all’ );
wp_enqueue_style( ‘admin_advertise’);
add_action( ‘admin_enqueue_scripts’,’admin_scripts_advertiser_info’ );

but it is not working..seems i am making some mistake with if condition ..
pls help
