WordPress page with login form redirects to https?

I have a website with many pages, but one particular page keeps trying to go to https instead of http. The only reason I can think of is that this page also has a login form on the front end.

Here is the code for my login form on the page:

$args = array(
‘echo’ => true,
‘remember’ => false,
‘redirect’ => ( is_ssl() ? ‘https://’ : ‘http://’ ) . $_SERVER[‘HTTP_HOST’] . $_SERVER[‘REQUEST_URI’],
‘form_id’ => ‘loginform’,
‘id_username’ => ‘user_login’,
‘id_password’ => ‘user_pass’,
‘id_remember’ => ‘rememberme’,
‘id_submit’ => ‘wp-submit’,
‘label_username’ => __( ‘Username’ ),
‘label_password’ => __( ‘Password’ ),
‘label_remember’ => __( ‘Remember Me’ ),
‘label_log_in’ => __( ‘Log In’ ),
‘value_username’ => ”,
‘value_remember’ => false
);
?>

<?php wp_login_form( $args ); ?>

Is there anything about this that would be causing my page to go to https?

Thanks
