Do we have any plugin that works with following flow :

I am looking forward for a plugin with the feature like once user get in the wordpress website in mobile or desktop they should have a input field to enter their mobile number , So user can receive the opt once the opt is verified then admin can send a static message from admin area automatically once opt is verified .
