I have two WordPress sites I manage. One I recently had an issue with the white screen of death in the admin panel. I resolved the admin panel issue by adding this code:
(‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’, false); above /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */
Added to the wp-config.php file.

When I ran a scan with Wordfence I found an unknown file: wp-admin/install.php.org. There is also the wp-admin/install.php which is good. This unknown file may have appeared from the most recent upgrade in WordPress 4.9. I believe it may have caused an issue. My other site does not have this org file and I have had no issues with this site. Both sites mirror each other in terms of theme and plugins. Can I delete this org file? Or because it is renamed to org it should be ok in there? Thank you!
