moving a frontend gui to a backend gui for a plugin in woocommerce

I have Dokan plugin installed. and I want to make an admin page for it so I could move frontend gui to an admin page gui, just to make it really WordPress-like website.

currently, the dashboard functionality is provided with a shortcode like dokan-dashboard and when I use it as this bellow nothings happen.

how can I get this to work?
I placed this in the wp-content/plugins/dokan-lite/dokan.php file and the menu in admin page appears but the shortcode is not showing the dashboard in it. what’s the problem? how can fix this?

function dokan_vendor_dash_board(){
echo do_shortcode(‘[dokan-dashboard]’);
}

add_action(‘admin_menu’,’dokan_vendor_dash_register_menus’);
function dokan_vendor_dash_register_menus(){
add_menu_page( ‘Dokan vendor’ , ‘Dokan vendor’, ‘manage_options’ , ‘dokan-vendor-dashboard’, ‘dokan_vendor_dash_board’ );
}
